Q: Are your watches waterproof?
A: Our watches are 3 ATM (30 meters) water-resistant.  That basically means the watch should fine during the daily grind, while washing your hands or splashing around in the pool, but you probably shouldn't play Jacques Cousteau while wearing your watch.

Q: What range of sizes does the watch band fit? 
A: Currently the Switch is sold in one band size and will fit most wrists.  However, it's targeted primarily toward teens and adults and may not fit children or those with smaller wrists.  Generally, it will fit wrist sizes 6" and larger.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: You bet.  As long as the watch is in new condition, you can return it within 30-days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.  For details, please check out our Return policy.

Q: How do I change the time?
A: The Switch consists of a silicone band and watch case.  Remove the case by curling the band and gently popping the case out of the band.  Pull out the crown and twist to adjust time.  Push it back flush with the case when done and re-insert into band.

Q: Will my slap band wear out?
A: Probably not before your wrist does.  Just take care not to dent or bend your band and it should last for a long time.

Q: How do I clean my watch?
A: If your silicone band gets dirty, remove the watch case and wash the band with mild soap and warm water and dry.

Q: How long will the battery last and how do I replace it?
A: Your Switch uses an SR626W battery which should last 18-24 months.  If the battery dies, your local jeweler should be able to remove the back of the case and replace it.

Q: What shipping options do I have?
A: Orders for in-stock items received before 10 AM MST are generally shipped within one business day.  We provide three shipping options for US residents: Standard USPS First-Class shipping, FedEx 3-Day and FedEx Overnight options.

Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, we will immediately send you a shipment verification via e-mail.  A tracking number will be included for all FedEx shipments.

Q: I don't live the US.  Do you ship out of the country?
A: Lo siento, gomennasai, désolé and sorry but we don't right now.  Hopefully in the future we'll have the option to ship to our overseas friends.
